MOPS trademark registration completed.
The MOPS methodology was formally registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office in March 2008. See the UK Intellectual Property Office registration

MOPS trademark applied for.
We are pleased to advise you that we have received notification from the UK Intellectual Property Office that the application for trademarking of the MOPS acronym will be published shortly.
This is the key step in protecting the MOPS name, and will enable us to publicise the MOPS methodology more widely.
